Because the officer didnĀ“t arrived, Justin thought his follower was lost maybe. He slowly walked sideward, still back-to-wall, and looked carefully over the main- and sidestreets. Suddenly, there was some strange noise. Justin quickly looked in the direction of which it came. A cat was running out of a side street. "Show yourself!" Justin shouted, with a strangely, electric distorted voice, pointing with his weapon in the direction of the side street.

"Listen. I'm guessing you know about the Ozian soldiers in Caracossa. We're not there to hurt or kill them. I sent my paramilitary to bring peace to the land and stop this bloody civil war. I don't want to ruin diplomacy between Myroria and Ozia before it gets anywhere."

An underground club, in a basement of an abandoned warehouse, controlled by the Kallisti Group.
A new recruit makes his last round before opening the club for the night, while Kallisti and her Lieutenant talk about recent events occuring topside in the back.

"And now Ozians are on our soil Kallisti, supplied by them as well.  The market is slim to sell them any weapons.  In addtion Myrorian soldiers have entered the Liberty's ranks."

"Foreign governments want a piece of the pie.  I guess we'll have to release the restrictions against the Fugazis so..."

"But they almost killed you?!" interupted the Lieutenant.

"Money is money.  Where it comes from doesnt change its value.  Their attack wasn't personal, you know that.  Hell I doubt they even knew they almost had me.  Besides, you want foreigners in your homeland?"  Kallisti understood her Lieutenant's protective behavior, not that she needed it.  Girl or not, there weren't many people in the Taitiju that knew her origins.  The Lieutenant considered his life saved by Kallisti personally when she offered him a job within her ranks.  The kid turned out to have some business smarts and turned good profits since his initiation.

The Lieutenant was at a lost for words, as his eyes dropped to the tiled floor.

"Yea, I didnt think so.  Send the word out and group up some soldiers at our supply points.  I dont want the vamps or the libs thinking they can knock us off easy with their new friends."

"Well Well! There is tanks I do say." said his father hiding behind a trashcan. "I'll go check on this!" Before I could say anything he was over there the tank readying to fire at my dad and before i could say move he was dead.

OOC: Not to mention that if I was on vacation and a tank rolled down the explosion-ridden streets, I wouldn't be pointing and staring.

"Well, I have no problem with the mafia having connections to them. The thing is, the thing is, is that your soldiers, or mercenaries, or some type of Ozian militants are supporting them, and we don't want collatteral damage like that. So, I guess the question I'm asking is if the government has its own soldiers there."

OOC: Shut the Fuck up, I knew which tanks since I'm the only one that had tanks RPed in the first place. When you write a post make sure you know if you're in 3rd person or 1st person. Now please Rozarria, if you can't contribute anything constructive then don't contribute at all.

"Well, I just wanted to warn you that if the Ozian soldiers fire upon my paramilitary, they will be forced to fire back. We won't just go killing Ozians though."

Justin continued sneaking out of the town. But as he reached the main street, he found some soldiers marching toward the street. "None of my business." he only thought, and walked slowly next to them, but in the other direction, out of the city.

OOC:Responding to this
Quote
throughout carcossa secret agents of all ages and sexes began massive fire bombings, human handgrenading and all around blowing the hell out of the whole city. this progressed all at once concentrated mainly on military installations, yet also attacked the estates of Night Lord officials.

all over fires and riots started, fugazi and DOL symbols were combined on walls. soldiers from both sides leaked out of the subways. downtown was engulfed in flame. children were burning Nero in effigy....

IC:

A tank was rolling through a city when a grenade was thrown at the tank. It exploded but did nothing to the tank. The buildings they started to blow up were built when the Night Lords took the city. Many of the people were feeling a sense of vengeance towards the other factions. They had become followers of the Night Lords just because they were the government but now they saw how important they were, what they gave them. What life they had before the Night Lords and those jealous of their progress. They themselves built those structures, they applied the concrete, they carved the wood, they moved the bricks, they applied everything.

From rubble some Carcossa Citizens popped up and shot at the Fugazi and DOL agents, killing all of them and their blood going all over the place. They grabbed some grenades that they still had and even a few molotov cocktails.

A man called up, "Time to kill these bitches!"

The Carcossans raised their Rifles up and yelled, "Yeah!"

The Machine Gunner on top of the tank got back up and moved through the street shooting all the people that were painting DOL and Fugazi Signs. The People of Carcossa Massacared these agents all around the the city. They painted a White 'X' over the symbols, made a Lord Symbol, or even wrote out in Graffiti, "Go Home Bitches!"

The Ozian tanks provided cover and they did not yet fire their turret unless it was necessary. The tanks would not be effected by Grenades and Molotov Cocktails.

Agents captured, if they were a woman, were raped and even Carcossan Women held down the Fugazi/DOL women while the man savaged her, they then shot them cold, naked, and helpless. The men had their ribs ripped out, their limbs ripped off, and then possibly castrated. They left them bleeding, cold, and helpless on the asphalt and concrete where they died a torturous death. Often they were set a flame and the Carcossans even raced their prisoners to see who would die first when flamed. Ozian tanks rolled over tied down survivors as it slowly crushed their bodies and bones. The faces of the Carcossans were in blood and fury, they even drew graffiti with people's blood, they tore off limbs and threw them around. They took no prisoners unless they wanted to torture them to death. The Militias were too many for these agents and didn't allow them to finish their jobs. If they got out they would be lucky.

Carcossa was starting to smell of rotting carcasses and dried blood shewn across the region.  In addtion to the rotting bodies, the release of bile, urine, and feces from the dead bodies were adding to the foul odor.  News of the brutality of the Nightlords were being spread by underground presses, some owned by Kallisti Group members.  Some even claimed to contain pictures of horrid developing conditions within.
As days went by, flies, rats, pigeons, cockroaches, and various other vermin were becoming widespread.  Disease and the resultant deaths could not be far behind in the region of Carcossa.
