OOC: That is up to the Mods to decide. Though Merc has not been actively RPing for some time, his was last active in the forum just one week ago. For that reason, I don't think it is appropriate to annex ANY of his land until he's back or CTE'd.

No, well, kinda. I wanted to create the Taijitu equivenlant of the British Empire, since there isn't one. I wanted to build a world spanning empire. i think I'm going to wait from now on.
