The small freighter powered north, a slightly tatty Llanydern flag flew at the rear flapping limply in the breeze. Clustered around the table used for feeding the crew and passengers the leaders of the expedition pored over the out of date maps and poor quality print outs of satellite images.
"Hell what are we supposed to get from these maps, they are out of date and we can't ask the local powers for help as their too busy with their own troubles" muttered Chief surveyor Eidra Naman.
"Well look on the bright side if we do find anything useful they won't be able to interfere that much then, eh lass so cheer up" said the parties linguist Emieal Zedenest
