The Kaiserin blushed. "Your too kind, Robert." Paul continued to talk to Robert, but his eyes kept shifting over to his younger sister, Jordan. She seemed to be spending a lot of time talking to the Crown Prince. They were laughing. He turned back to Robert. "What about your wife, is she here?"

[Emperor Heindrick]

The Emperor was glad to see his allies talking, and to the ambassador from Barakarin he nodded "Yes, he commands a wings of fighters. His unit right now is in Abed-Nego and at the close of this he will be sent to the front lines."

Princess Anna had left to go talk with Meneldur, they had to get to know each other some time. He also so his son talking with the Queen of Quebec, this was turning about better than he would have expected. The Empress was talking with the Kaiserin in between her responses to the others. The Emperor went to shake the Kaiser's hand and the Ambassador's and said to the Emperor of Canada "Welcome, you are like a friend to me. I congratulate you on your recently signed treaty in Aradan Union. The power of your regions grows quite rapidly... though I understand you are engaged in a hard fought battle near your homeland. Do not hesitate to request my aid, I am trying to give my troops as much combat experience as possible while aiding my allies at the same time."

"So you're the person I'm marrying." Meneldur said with a chuckle.

"Meneldur Tar-Ilium, Empeurer of Myroria." he said, sticking his hand out.

"This is my brother Ælar." Ælar nodded.

"And my sister Emma."

"Hello."

"My wife is down with the Flu, she has Had it for a few days now. She will be in good health in a few days".

[Dysanii]

A lone man walked slowly into the room, looking around slowly at the assembled delegates. He was tall, with a neat beard and had large, thick black glasses perched on a crooked nose. He maintained a plain but smart grey suit, and in his left hand a battered suitcase. He gave an air of ruggedness, but also charm. Upon examining the company he would be in, he edged towards the Emperor of Christstan and held out his hand, "Hello. My name is Henry Augustus, I'm the ambassador for the Parliamentary Republic of Cairney. However, you may speak to me as you would the Empire of Dysanii, as although I am not here in an official government capacity, as soon as the imperial government of Dysanii falls I will hold a formal office in our new republic, and you will deal with matters in that system. I am sorry for my unannounced presence and lateness." He shook the hand of the Emperor loosely, while at the same time pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose.

[Aquatoria]

Kaiser Paul smiled. "Thank you. The Ardan Union will hopefully be a great success. The war against the Nationalists is going fine. It's the war on my colony of Nerubia that is going wrong. In the moment that we had defeated the natives, they suddenly reappeared with new weapons. And they keep getting new weapons. I would personally like to know who is supplying the insurgents with weapons, because that in itself would be considered a declaration of war. I would like some of your soldiers to come and help in Nerubia. Also, if your soldiers need experience, perhaps we can make an officer exchange program." He looked over to the crown prince and Jordan. "My sister seems to be fascinated by your son. I haven't seen her this happy for a long time."

[Emperor Heindrick]

The Princess looked at his hand and smiled and then did a curtsy. Women did not shake hands in Christstan. She looked at him, "Yes it does look that way. Don't worry I am not all that bad."

Dysanii -

The Emperor was puzzled on what to say at first. He was being contacted by rebels wishing to overthrow an Empire and form a republic. That would not be good on his record and stance in the Pax Imperium. He did not wish to say no either. "Very well then, I shall treat you as such."

 The Emperor listened closes as the Kaiser spoke when the Emperor turned to him after greeting the Dysanii rebel. He nodded, "For such a threat, I will grant you whatever resources I have to spare. My troops are finely trained my friend, I have officers who have seen hard fought wars. Despite all we have trained and drilled them, nothing makes a solider finer than real combat experience. Your war in Nerubia sounds like a pressing matter that I will attend to shortly. Though an exchange program maybe valuable, we could form a very tight military treaty allowing for free flow of information and technology between our forces. Though in Neruiba, whoever is supplying the rebels is clearly declaring war on you and as per our Treaty in the Pax Imperium, that is a declaration of war against all of us and I will treat is as such."
 
 His first urge was to call over his minister of defense but remembered where he was and thought that needed to be discussed at another time.

 The Emperor looked over to the two talking and then back to the kaiser "Perhaps, it is time for another royal marriage? Of course that would mean transferring territorial claim to Quebec, or at least we jointly watch over it. Though let me not get ahead of myself, let us see if they would be willing first hmm?"

[Union]

Ria Fong walks into the banquet, surrounded by her female guards. She was wearing a light blue silk dress with tungsten bronze embroidery. Her black hair was tied back into a bun decorated with traditional hair clips. Her bodyguards were garbed in high end silk blouse and black dress pants.

The Loyalist guest went to greet the other patrons of the banquet, complementing the others of their outfits and style while sipping on the drinks the servants lorry to her.

"I completly agree. But in the matter of Quebec, the people love Queen Jordan. I have heard of her donning civilian clothing, going out into the roughest parts of Quebec and just help a random person on the street. That is a queen. Why don't we ask if that is what they want? I have that same feeling running through me right now that I felt when I married Selene."

Robert Walpole, slowly left The Kasier of Canada and the Emperor Heindrick. He walked over to the   Myroria delegates and greeted them.

"Hello, I'm Robert Walpole, Nice to met you."

He extend out his hand to shake the delegates hands.s

Henry answered the Emperors puzzled look without hesitation, "Obviously in this day and age, imperialism in the form of territory is quite obsolete. With such advances in technology and human rights, little can be gained from maintaining an empire; corporate and political influence are perhaps stronger than military force ever could." He paused, careful not to show any disrespect, "Of course, this ideology is being implemented in our state for reasons that may not pertain to your own nation. Our republic still recognizes aspects of empire, but is more willing to incorporate these into a 21st century context. The republic will only be stronger than the empire, but through a more effective means... an invisible empire, if you like, controlled through corporate and political power." He waited for the Emperor to digest this before continuing, "Our republic still recognises imperial rule, however, which is why is feels that it should represent itself to the aspiring empires in Taijitu. Our current government no longer has support of the people, and supporters of the republic are not so much rebels, simple imperial terminology itself, but merely a fairer representation of the state of Dysanii."

[Myroria]

"Well, I didn't think you would be." Meneldur said, bowing instead.
