Just a bit of nostalgia, just to post the names of people who have left The Lexicon?/Taijitu. If anyone knows any information about why they left or whether they will be back then that would be good.

At times, I can agree that Baltija was funny, but seriously, anyone with his screwed-up oppinons is impossible to allow in any environment striving to be civilized.

 :D that should apply to us too, Cart, the circumstances leading to Balt's banning were clear beyond a doubt, though I must say I had some good times with Pashka back in the Lex. However his behavior was unacceptable and his timing was also really poorly chosen. I think he is in NS Europe now, not sure though.

IP is still active (:P back at you, o-c), we had some talks in the Lex forums, some bad some civil.

Last time I checked the Lex forums Foxbat was back and Moxsen had a recent post in May I think.

That's the dilemma of a civilized community, how can you keep it civilized even if you allow people who are utterly intolerant and aggressive to multiple others just based on their heritage or what they name their ideas.

And "tolerance" is not a philosophy to follow, because it presumes that all opinions are equally valid simply because they exist.  What is better is that you accept that opinions exist, and then try your utmost to change them.

And the banning as I was led to believe had little to do with ideology and more with actions.
