Proposal for Cinema board.

Thinking since there's a Literature board, why not Cinema? I suppose that so people don't spam in topics there should be categories, i certainly do not enjoy the spam of comedy movies that i don't see the interest, but anyone that likes comedy movies should search the board...same for horror and sci-fi. Practically would be the same as Literature board, tell us your favorite movies, or your favorite maker, or soundtrack...anything.

I like this idea, but if we have a movie board I demand a separate music board as well.

if you want several boards maybe it would be better to have an 'Arts and Entertainment' board and ship Literature in with the new Cinema and Music boards...right?

2) Inside of it make child forums for Lit, Cinema, Music, Television, and Video Games.

Not only will that avoid clutter on the front, it will make for more good topics.

This looks like the best plan.  With these five sub-boards, we're covering everyone's interests.

Why not make a Museum forum in The City, then move all of the artsy stuff there?

i don't actually...Media is better. There can be another poll about the name, but 1st we need some moderators or something to agree with enlarging boards.

Calling it a museum board might imply that the board is just for "high art" subjects, which could cut down on the scope of discussion.  Maybe Media or Literature/Media would work better.

naw i don't think so. Either just Media or my original proposal "Arts and Entertainment", games and whatever that doesn't fit in arts is ok for Entertainment...

Ok then, instead of calling it a museum, just call it a media center. The name is no big deal really... Just to me, I think it belongs in The City.
