Was wondering what others thing about this.

Do you think life is fair?

What could be done to make it more fair?

Was wondering what people thought about this from a realistic point of view, rather than and idealistic one.

Life is not a question of fair or unfair; things simply happen, with or without rhyme and reason.  Happenstance plays an enormous role in our day-to-day lives and it's up to each individual to choose to process and deal with each event as it occurs without worrying about whether they were "dealt a bad hand" or somesuch.

There is always something you can do, as Durnia said, to improve your outlook.  :)

Yes, life is fair. Those who complain about it being unfair are usually so weak willed that they cannot overcome the adversities facing them. Then complain about how unfair life is, instead of doing what it takes to overcome those adversities. :2c:

People are fair or not fair.  I agree with those who say life just is.  We can only deal with our circumstances and praise or blame people depending on how they treat us.

Technically, fairness as a human concept cannot completely be applied to the world as it is greatly subjective. Ask a real Communist and a hardcore Capitalist what's fair and you'll see what I mean.
