What are your thoughts? Is a houseboat a house or a boat, or both? Is a houseboat that isn't a boat just a floating home, and are either a vessel? houseboat is a house either way, idk about being a boat too but I guess it could be both, aren't trailers houses too?

a Houseboat is a boat. a Yacht is still a boat and people live on those.
