http://www.scotusblog.com/2012/09/argument-preview-defining-a-houseboat-a-house-or-a-boat/

What are your thoughts? Is a houseboat a house or a boat, or both? Is a houseboat that isn't a boat just a floating home, and are either a vessel? This question is of great Constitutional importance, so be sure to follow it carefully. The fate of our nation rests on the answer to this compelling existential question.
