Hey, I'm not sure if I'm too late but what about the Taijitu Sentinel or the Taijitu Herald? Taijitu Gazette could  probably work, too. Taijitu Times sounds weird to me.

Sentinel is a good name, gives the idea of the paper being the guardian of civil rights.

im probly going to figure a way to pay those who help me on the paper, i need some people to be reporters, need someone to do reports on activities of the senate, the delegates, need someone to handle entertainment, maybe a gossipe, also need someone to do forign documentation. plus more
