These are wise words. A small region of focused and thoughtful nations can be far more powerful and dangerous than one of great size and great imprudence. Although, from what I've seen, this region is hardly lacking in strong and motivated nations. And nonetheless, this is still a wonderful accomplishment and I'm proud to say that I'm a part (or I should say, hopefully becoming a part) of this region.
