When I return, another report will be sent with whatever I have left out. So, here we've seena month of war declarations, alliance nulifications, another TNP deployment, and much much more. So enjoy!

The leader of the opposition has declared that she will see to it that the democratic government is restored, and that democracy shall reign in The North Pacific once again. Of course one must admit within the last seven months or so, there have been three "Rogue" delegates, and many more before that. One must question the practicallity of this righteous Democratic Government.
Of course, it wouldn't be a feeder conflict if Gatesville wasn't involved somehow, and of course the rumour police are nowhere to be seen with reports ranging from, "Gatesville is planning on taking down all feeders", to my favourite, "Gates the God is actually Max Barry's evil twin bent on destroying not only the UN, but the game!" Of course Max has been doing so muchfor the game recently..mm..nevermind.

Gatesville Declares WarGatesville has declared war on the Founderless Regions Alliance. In a post on the FRA forum, Lady Nevadar said:
FRA, you are guilty of conspiracy and active participation in the formation of this terrorist organization against Gatesville. For that you have earned our enmity. Not only is that a problem in and of itself, but dealing with this entire mess has forced me to remain completely sober for this entire evening! For that, you have earned my personal enmity.
This post will act as Gatesville's formal declaration of war against the Founderless Regions Alliance. Long live the king.
The Gatesville Guard are on the move
Nulification of TreatyGatesville has nulified it's treaty with Catlandatopia for the following reasons:
Reasoning for nullification as follows:
-Failure to comply with Article III, as shown by Catlandatopia's failure to continually maintain their embassy.
-Failure to comply with Article IV, as shown by Catlandatopia's recent interference and deliberate failure to maintain a neutral position during the Neutral Territory Conference, which was organized primarily by members of Gatesville, even going so far as to falsify information in an attempt to undermine the efforts of the Conference due to personal objections to the participant list.
-Failure to comply with Article IV, as shown by Catlandatopia's attempts to force compliance of the region of Gatesville to CTL's regional beliefs in regards to raider/defender politics, and thus disrespecting the sovereignty of the region as a whole.
-Failure to comply with Article II, as sufficiently proven to the Gatesville Grand Poobah Gates, the delegate Nevadar, and the Intelligence Advocate Twelfth Reich.
-Failure to comply with Article I, as Catlandatopia has actively participated in conspiracy to form a terrorist organization devoted to the combat of Gatesville and its ideals.
We do hereby nullify the GV-CTL Non-Aggression Pact, effective immediately.
The CLT ambassador, Scandinavian Duchies argued the validity of reasons, however Lady Nevadar retorted against them, and Gatesville's position remains unmoved.

Whats inbetween a Low Council, and a High Council?The Gatesville Middle Council returned to the fold this month, and is currently under the guidance of Pope Lexus X. The Middle Council are charged with the maintenance of activity in the region. They are secondly charged with acting as a link between the Lower Council, and the High Council. The MC is made up of the following positions:

Foreign Affairs NewsGatesville is proud to announce the establishment of embassies in La Mafia, The Holy Moosean Empire, The North Pacific and the NS Public Embassy forum.
With regards to the NSPE forum, Pope Lexus X made the following statement:
I have opened an embassy for us on the NS Public Embassy forum. This is for all regions in NS to come together, basically to get to know one another, and form links with new regions. It also covers one of the ideas which recieved a great amount of interest in the Neutral Territory conference, that of an NS run general forum, however it's own origins are completely seperate to the NT conference.
I have doubts about the program, from the point of view that it could very probably drift off into dis-use, however, these things should be encouraged, and so as it can not do any harm for us to have a representation there, and probably will do good for them to have another, large, voice of support.
As it stands the NSPE forum contains mostly small regions, and few larger ones including the North Pacific. While this would turn me off the idea, I firmly believe that it is our duty as what I deem to be the most successful of user-created regions of our generation to support the future generations of user-created regions in NS, by guiding, encouraging and perhaps even supporting them through this program.
Extra News-Gatesville has expanded it's media program by opening a branch for the Nation States Journal, and soon the Pacific News Network.
