« on: September 18, 2012, 10:02:49 PM »
Under the Constitution the Delegate will be expected to nominate a Chief Justice no earlier than November 30th, to serve a term beginning December 13th. As usual, a two-thirds majority of the Senate is necessary to approve of the appointment of any Justice.
