Announcement from the Foreign Secretary: The Europeia Accords

From this day forward, Europeia shall refuse to recognize any region founded by enemies of Europeia, under whichever name they use. We will not establish relations with those regions, and if we discover that an enemy of Europeia is the founder of a region we have relations with, we will end relations with said region immediately.

Enemies of Europeia do not necessarily have to be legal criminals within Europeian borders; they can, as in the case of Royal Mayorga, be de facto enemies of the state. We will also declare any person who is currently within Europeian borders as an ambassador from the enemy of Europeia's region persona non grata, but will strive to treat them with kindness and civility.

On the question of what will be done if a friendly region allows an enemy of Europeia within their borders, the Foreign Office will provide ample warning to this region, but will not attempt to interfere with regional affairs to have any enemy of Europeia banned, ejected, forced to leave, etc.

Legal Eagles Prompt Cabinet Change:

After re-reading the Constitution, local Europeian lawyers noted that it was illegal to have more than one Immigration Minister. President nlhp took it to court for legal interpretation, and Chief Justice Anumia ruled that the Constitution was correct in this matter. Forced to make a choice, President nlhp removed NasalivesII from his post, leaving the Immigration Ministry solely in the hands of Danoboy63.

Population Stagnates; Forums Steady:

Although the population has risen to the 140s in terms of nation count, for the past two weeks it has stagnated. Although actual recruitment efforts have also dipped, the regional population has managed to buoy itself around the 140-143 range, with small bands of dying nations being quickly replaced within a day by newly-recruited nations. Forum activity, all the while, has been the same although some changes have occured, with a few new citizens taking active interest and becoming more active. The main core of active members, of course, have returned to their normal routines and are back to posting, spamming, discussing, debating, etc.

Military Victory in Stargate, Space:

Upholding his policy set last term, Grand Admiral HEM successfully led the Europeian armed forces into the region of Space less than a week ago, less than a week after the armed forces were able to also successfully take the region of Stargate. Little resistance was met, rather surprisingly. This is due to the cordial nature of the troops, coupled with the fact that the region is freed after a brief amount of time and some light endorsements to join the Europeian forums.
