DEN Press Release
The state of raiding as we once knew is dead. Long gone are the days of raider organizations doing as they please, how they please for the honor. Long gone are the days of our great friends who served at Invaders, TJR, and the others who fought besides us during the day.
However hope is not lost, for a few select groups raiding has taken a new face, such as empire building, adding politics. Regions such as Catlandtopia and CC have shown this method to be very successful in todays NationStates world. They have made outreaches with many regions increasing their endo pool and hence ability to raid larger targets.
However, the DEN will not partake in any such actions and thinks that many actions shown by these regions range from questionable, to down right offensive. The DEN as of this day announces a new foreign policy.
The DEN will still be allied to all raider groups, however a resent raid on "Marxist Leninist Party" made us realize that we can't be, despite our best intentions.
To start here is a list of regions in the WFE of MLP:
The Land of Kings and Emperors, Catlandatopia, Corporate Conservative, The New Inquisition, Empires of Earth, Aeazen Combine, Great Green Federation, Genesis Federation, Black Hawks, Viking Empire, Raider Intel HQ, Aryan Reigns, Hampshire, Union of National Socialists and MM.
We first will point out Aryan Reigns and Union of National Socialists are the two that disgust us.
The DEN effective as this is written cuts all ties with every organization on this list for raiding and supporting the growth of Nazi regions. We also urge our allies to do the same. The DEN wishes to re-affirm to it's allies that Nazi's are NOT the way of the future. Yes, we are raiders or raider affiliated, but we have one duty, to protect our regional integrity.
The DEN wishes to use this moment to say, that as of now our WFE statement the foundation of Raider Unity that states "The DEN is allied with all raider regions" applies only to the pure raiding groups. All others will be extended to by a case by case basis. The DEN thanks the regions of Taijitu and GB & I for being our two largest raider allied friends who are not pure raiders themselves.
To wrap myself up, the DEN while standing for the art of pure raiding, will also stand against the spread of Nazi regions. We hope our allies around NS can agree with our statement and to echo it around the NationStates globe.
