Oh, I don't deny its "wonder-drugness".  2001: A Space Odyssey would just be weird without MAS.  I just wonder exactly what the intention is.
"I believe every single person is extraordinary. The tragedy is that we
have a society where too many people never get to fulfill that
extraordinary potential. My view – the liberal view – is that
government’s job is to help them to do it. Not to tell people how to
live their lives. But to make their choices possible, to release their
potential, no matter who they are. The way to do that is to take power away from those who hoard it. To challenge vested interests. To break down privilege. To clear out the bottlenecks in our society that block opportunity and block progress. And so give everyone a chance to live the life they want." - Nick Clegg, Leader of the Liberal Democrats and Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom

Solnath...once again, I meant something else.  I was referring to the university, not Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.

Serious as education gets. Question all authority and all that jazz.

Could this be combined with the literature sub-forum idea?

We could have a snooty university cafe or some such where people "read" their literature submissions.

Ooh, a snooty university cafe!  Trey likey!  I'll have to bring the prologue/epilogue of the novel trilogy I've been working on.

Yes...I wrote the prologue first (which needs to be said because I am definitely writing out of order), and I found the inspiration for the epilogue during, of all things, Transformers.  One scene gave me a visual picture that I incorporated into the location and manner of the epilogue.  As for the middle parts, well...I'm in the process of writing the first novel, and I know how I wish the third to go.  As for the second, well...that'll be a while.

That might be just the motivation I need to at least get a story outline for the second book; I'll have to use some of the ideas, even if the original 50,000 word manuscript isn't perfect.
