I didn't realize your kids were so interested in NS. I'll promise to keep more civil  ;D

Heh, I don't allow them on the forums - or forums pretty much anywhere, yet.  They mostly base everything around our Minecraft server.

Incidentally, my oldest hates this anthem.  It "goes against everything my nation stands for," he says.   :D
He might want to consider a new flag because that flag is so metal.  Your anthem is more than appropriate.

So I'm guessing Megatridimensional is created by three people, your kids and yourself?

Oh, no...  When I joined Nationstates, they were like "dad, what are you doing?"  I explained it to them, and they liked the idea so they started their own nations as well.  Mine is the Order.

Instead of interacting in Nationstates and Taijitu, we mostly interact through the Minecraft server, trading carrots, embargoing redstone, and fighting for Villager rights and so forth.

My oldest (Max) has the United States of Minecraft.  This is his flag:

The United States of Minecraft is very democratic, and does not approve of the Megatridimensional Order's expansionist tendencies, hence his disdain for my new anthem.  Teaching moment: he said he was going to ban my anthem in his country.  I then explained some of the finer points of freedom of speech in democracies.  :D

He also wrote a Declaration of Independence from yours truly, which is hilarious - I'll have to post it sometime.

My youngest (Logan) has the Country of Logan.  He has no flag.  I think just does it cuz his dad and older bro do.

Anyway, thanks for the flag compliment - "very metal" is the best compliment I can think of!  :D  And yeah, I tried to make it match the spirit with which we generally operate - warlike, expansionistic, but pretty unimpressive in other areas.  That's why the new tech with the economic summit was big for us - we never have the newest tech and we had no idea what to do with it once we got it.

Anyway, babbling, but thanks for the compliments.  :)

Hah, you sure he's democratic? Suppressing your anthem and having tools on his flag.

I'm afraid your son is a communist.

Ah, let's get more political on this.  What are his opinions on Bernie Sanders.

Ooo, I let him read that and wow, you hit a nerve.  He is not happy.   He is also not happy that I am laughing my ass off about what you said!  :D

I think he would challenge you to a duel to defend his honor, if, you know, ten-year-olds did that sort of thing.

To be fair, I think he finds the line about turning the ground red the most objectionable.  But he does have some things to learn about democracy, no doubt.

He's only watched the republican primaries because - entertaining!  He doesn't like Bernie Sanders, but says he doesn't know enough about him.  That's my pragmatic boy!  :D
