Voting will be Thursday September 20th through Sunday September 24th.

1. Remove Article 1, Section 1, Sub-Article 5 of the Election and Referendums Act which reads:

This fails two ways. There is a majority opposed and 6 is less than half of 13 so the referendum is invalid.
