Motion to add to Article 4, Section 3 of the Constitution Clause 4, "Justices will serve terms of fourteen weeks.", Clause 5,  "Justices' terms will be staggered as evenly as possibly by increments of seven weeks.", Clause 6, "Justices' terms may be reduced when necessary to accommodate their staggering."
