Resolution on Revival

I hereby propose the following resolution, to be enacted as a self-deleting constitutional amendment:

Quote from: Resolution
1. This Resolution shall have constitutional force but shall not be recorded as part of the Constitution.
2. This Resolution cannot pass after June 1, 2011.
3. There shall be elections for Delegate and to the Senate beginning Wednesday June 1, 2011 and ending Sunday June 5, 2011.
4. No person shall be liable for having failed to hold elections in the past, as no one was around.
