Senate proposal here.

Quote from: Amendment
Amend Article 4, Section 3 of the Constitution of Taijitu to read, in full:
1. If there is a vacancy on the Court, or there will be a vacancy in 14 days, the Delegate may nominate a citizen to be Associate or Chief Justice.
2. All nominees will require a two-thirds majority vote of approval from the Senate to be appointed.
3. The nominee, after being confirmed, will take office following the end of the previous Justice's term.
4. Justices will serve terms of fourteen weeks.
5. If the previous justice resigned or was removed from office, the nominee will take office immediately.
6. Justices' terms will be staggered as evenly as possibly by increments of seven weeks.
7. Justices' terms may be reduced when necessary to accommodate their staggering.
