A ballot has been delivered to all 11 citizens, not including myself. I will be abstaining from vote. If someone has been wrongly disenfranchised, please let me know. Also, after reviewing the law, I noticed a LD is selected by the Delegate as a running mate. So Chasmanthe and St. Oz, I both suggest you pick one. Yes, this is quite a ratchet election.

The ballot says that the vote ends on Wednesday, but that actually means Wednesday, August 21st, 2013.
