So anyway.

Yesterday I cooked a delicious mixed berry and apple pie. It turned out amazingly well. Simple but effective.


Today I'm cooking a thai green curry, and making the curry paste myself. It does take a bit of time, but it really enhances the flavour of the dish far more than using the premade stuff in the jars. What have you eaten or cooked lately?

scrambled egg with milk and fresh basil off my balcony in a little pan with just olive oil and rocks of sea salt.
