Favorite RPG Character?

Amidst all the terribly clichéd stock characters and obnoxious NPCs, there are a few hilarious, unique characters in RPGs. Post your favorite(s) here.

I think I will have to go with Minsc from Baldur's Gate. Nothing beats the Miniature Giant Space Hamster.

Minsc is actually my favorite, too!  I loved the way that high-pitched little voice would actually say "squeak" as Boo scuttled away when you tried to move him around in the inventory screen.

Not as funny in BGII, but still good.

I think it would be Martin Septim from Oblivion. You don't actually play that character, but his story is wonderfully well done and his voice was done beautifully.

I like the main character I designed for my hobby project (yeah, I'm trying to make a 2D video game) most. He's a lot like me (explains much) but a lot more evil (not clichèe-like evil however).

You know, I haven't played many RPGs (due to a lack of time and patience), and the one's I have played are the big name ones (i.e. Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts i.e. Square), so...

For me, probably Squall from FFVIII.
