Elder Scrolls IV
« on: April 03, 2008, 03:07:43 PM »
So, Tuesday night a friend of mine brought his Xbox 360 to my apartment and introduced me to a beautiful little game called Oblivion.  What's that you say?  You've heard of it?  Well, if you've yet to play it I highly recommend the game.  I heartily enjoyed it despite only playing for a single evening.

What do you guys think about it?  Much better than Morrowind, in my opinion.

P.S. I know I'm probably the last one here to finally play this game, but give me a little leeway.  ;)

It's a good game.  Unfortunately I'm too busy atm to get back into it.

Oblivion's good, but Morrowind is better in so many ways.

I got tired of Oblivion though, the people at all the cities do the same thing over and over.

Yeah, and the worst thing is, you can't even correct this with plugins if you are playing the Xbox version.

I really enjoy playing a few hours of Oblivion every now and then.

I wasn't so keen on Morrowind because of its inferior graphics on the whole. Plus, I played Morrowind after and could never really get over the shiny pretty allure that marked Oblivion.

Morrowind might be more expansive, but the Elder Scrolls IV is already jam-packed with enough goodies to keep you busy for a long time, so who needs more?

On a side note, the way characters walk in Morrowind really niggles me.
