Mmm, movies...
"I believe every single person is extraordinary. The tragedy is that we
have a society where too many people never get to fulfill that
extraordinary potential. My view – the liberal view – is that
government’s job is to help them to do it. Not to tell people how to
live their lives. But to make their choices possible, to release their
potential, no matter who they are. The way to do that is to take power away from those who hoard it. To challenge vested interests. To break down privilege. To clear out the bottlenecks in our society that block opportunity and block progress. And so give everyone a chance to live the life they want." - Nick Clegg, Leader of the Liberal Democrats and Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom

In 2000, right?

Compare this 2007 game...

And this 2006 image...

And this, from 2001!

They all look much better than Fallen Earth...even the 2001 game.  If Fallen Earth already looks 8+ years old, that's BAD.

You mean the ones that use components of equal power or less then what a computer can do? Even if they started making the game in 2000 it doesn't stop the fact that it looks very 1990's. Even then a game in production that long may just be a dead mule.

Dude, you haven't played it either, since it's coming out in DECEMBER!

Also, the website's been registered since 2002.  That's not a good sign.

To a fair degree of accuracy. It gives you an idea of the technical and graphical detail the designers are going for. I see cheap models and boring landscapes. I see a very minimal interface and it leaves me with the distinct impression the game will not be good. How can you judge it to be good for the same reasons that you think I can't judge it otherwise? Seems to me you're rallying for the game because it's all you really talk about, it's advertised in your sig and you are in no better position to judge it then I; maybe even a slightly worse position since I have a better technical understanding of how games work and I'm sure I've played a wider variety of games then you have.

For an "up in the air question" you seem to have your feet firmly in one camp already. Also why does the "hippie" character have a gun and attack dogs.. really hippie like.
