How should your delegate vote on the following WA Security Council resolution?
Description: WA Security Council Resolution #144: Liberate Liberal Haven (http://www.nationstates.net/page=WA_past_resolutions/start=433) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
Argument: The Security Council,
Seeing that Liberal Haven (http://www.nationstates.net/region=liberal_haven) was liberated in order to strike down a raider-created password to allow natives to reclaim their home.
Noting that Liberal Haven has since been invaded at times, due to the native-elected delegate's inability to create a regional password for security. Because of the raiders, the native community of Liberal Haven wish this liberation removed in order to help re-found the region, which is impossible with the liberation in place.
Asking that this liberation be lifted in order to help the re-founding process in order to give Liberal Haven residents their right to a secure home.
Finalizing that the liberation was needed at the time of invasion, but has served its purpose for the region. Now, it remains against the will of the regional natives, and is hurting the region. Due to the desire of Liberal Haven residents to repeal the liberation,
