hello,
although this nation is new, I am not new to Nation States. I have several other nations. I am looking forward to joining this region, and hopefully staying for a long time.

Gracious, today seems to be the day for new-to-the-region, not-to-the-game players!  It's nice to meet you, of course, and I hope you like what you've seen thus far.
