Don't miss the Community Office (http://forum.taijitu.org/community-office/0/) though - in there is the Help Desk where you can ask questions (or you can message either Allama or myself with them), and the Guide to Taijitu where you'll find links to all the important spots here.

No, Rakuten05 is named because of my favorite team in Japanese baseball, Rakuten Golden Eagles, and 05 is the year of the inaugural season of the team.

We used trackers before but in the new RP it seems that we will let the trackers fall.
Natl. stats will be kinda made up :P You can write about your nation, culture, religion, government, military forces etc. ;)

As for RP, I think of a concept I like to RP and then I RP it. Simple as that. That's why I'm one of the best RPers here (even though I don't really RP actively). Self-moderation is the key.
