We used trackers before but in the new RP it seems that we will let the trackers fall.
Natl. stats will be kinda made up :P You can write about your nation, culture, religion, government, military forces etc. ;)

As for RP, I think of a concept I like to RP and then I RP it. Simple as that. That's why I'm one of the best RPers here (even though I don't really RP actively). Self-moderation is the key.
