Also, I looked in the RP Forum and saw the National stats subforums, I wanted one but I don't know how to do it with my nation, can someone please help me?? 

We used trackers before but in the new RP it seems that we will let the trackers fall.
Natl. stats will be kinda made up You can write about your nation, culture, religion, government, military forces etc.

As for RP, I think of a concept I like to RP and then I RP it. Simple as that. That's why I'm one of the best RPers here (even though I don't really RP actively). Self-moderation is the key.
