Hello Taijitu!
I'm ParrrrTay (aka Shay) the Minister of Justice (for a few more days anyway) over in Canada.

I've brought truffles for everyone!!

I'm not sure what I would do with another panda, we already have a baby panda in Canada.  How about 50 truffles for free?
