The emissary walked slowly to the council of elders and founders.
"Greetings From The Grand Duchy of Nova Lassastun" - His voice was strong yet old."We were invited here - he continued - by the great nation of The Queendom of Isle of Misfit Toys"[
He made a step forward. "My name is Basilus Exter Domina, heir to the Domina family, who have served the Duke's family from inmemorial times"
Basilus waited a few second, just to impress the council "In the name of the Grand Duke Syrius Feren, I give you his blessing!"
