I think he meant 'See how limbo you can get until you hit the floor or the pole and play dead". Don't worry about the chainsaw, it's a China-made plastic toy.

Only those exported to the U.S. of lax import laws due to big business influence.  Countries with stricter laws don't seem to have that trouble...
