The Downfall of the Kingdom (http://forum.taijitu.org/index.php/topic,868.msg24200.html#msg24200) shows the area of Supremo under Bustian control following the collaspe of Supremo's reign, called The Dominion of South Plains (http://www.nationstates.net/south_plains). Other areas of the nation is still in a state of anarchy and essentially open for grabs, Jesli is in the process of claiming an area for themselves. In a sense what is happening here is what is supposed to be happening in Ryzania but, this is occuring (being RPed) first.
Resources will be Animal (cow, pig, polutry).
A seven day vote and again, naturally, I choose Yes.
I ask, if you choose No, to please state a reason why. I am not going to debate it, just want to learn why so I can continue to improve.
If this does not pass as a colony, it will become a military occupation zone (MOZ). Essentially, a tract of land controlled by the Bustian military where they have multiple bases and can launch operations, repair, refit, and resupply. And the NS for The Dominion of South Plains (http://www.nationstates.net/south_plains) will be left to CTE.

If it makes you feel better to know, I voted no to Ryazania due to no RP of securing anything in Ryazania. You did not complete your colonization RP (which was only one post at the time, though I am not aware if you have expanded it any further) and for that reason I voted against Hupprecht. Perhaps these are the reasons why others felt that you did not deserve them as well.
Had you actually RPed and completed it in either case, I would have supported it, honestly. I keep my OOC views and IC views separate so dont take it personally. I am just being objective.
But, do not fret, you will have another chance at Ryazania. I've been in communication with people who are intent on getting a piece of that pie.

I voted against because at that time, I thought it was too early in RP for expansion. Since there was a flood of people expanding, I decided too.
