Vote, expound, etc.

I would think if there are nations that are allied that take a piece of land, they'd have joint sovereignty until it's partitioned out, kind of like WWII and Germany with the Allies..is that what you're asking?
Or do you mean permanently...if permanently..then I'd say put it to a vote case by case.
-
Yes, permanently.
-
Can you elaborate the choices further? I am not sure if I understand exactly what the options mean.
-
"Yes" means that in all cases where nations claim joint sovereignty, all nations must recognize it.
"No" means that joint sovereignty can never be recognized.
Three and four are self-explanatory.
-
Joint recognizition upon approval of RP Council and cannot be counted as a colony.
-
I'd say try it on a case by case situation. Aka Britain and France in WWI(I?) taking tracts of land in the Middle East securing their sovereignty. If that's all that the country is doing, then Yes. But if it turns out that the country is just their for economic/political (makes the leader look good, but not doing anything) issues, then a firm No.
At the least it'd give us more work...

Why shouldn't it be counted as a colony, Bustos?
And Talmann, I'd strongly suggest getting another example, because the one you chose would, under your system, merit a "no."
