This is to the nations of Democratic States of America, SovereignDixie, Stellaris, Tarrotown, High Evermore, and Bustos. No others have access to this communications.

The Irnotia Imperia wishes to enter discussions and learn the face and values of those nations that share the same waters with us. This will be a Formal meeting between the Imperator and high delegations of our nation and the delegates of your own. We will be expecting formal Diplomatic behavior and will be looking on how your representatives behave as a direct reflection of your nation. Refusal for this simple meeting will also be seen as a reflection of your nations views. This meeting holds no secret agendas and will be in the friendliest matter possible.

I will personally attend this meeting as soverign ruler of High Evermore. I wish, however, to offer up our beautiful meeting estate in the mountain town Aria Nova, Jerrano State. We will have a great banquet ready for all of the national delagates in the area as judged by the Nation of Irnotia. Should you accept our offer, we would be ready to hold court within the week, should you not accept, we will gladly come to you; furthermore, transportation will be provided for the Delegates upon request.

We will wait till the other nations that we have contacted hace communicated we want to insure the most optimal situation for all. We will consider your nations honerable invitation with the best intentions.

We are glad to hear your nation will be attending. We hope to hear from other nations about their decision to come. Another nation, High Evermore has also offered to host, we have yet to decide what is the most optimal. Insure your delegate will learn much about our ancient civilization

Ooc: my nation is more or less the roman empire that after loosing its vast holdings that stretched in all directions about 1500 years ago became isolationist.

We are glade your nation shall be sending a representitive to this meeting. We are right now working on two diffrent locations for the meeting. As antother nation has invited the meeting to be held in their lands. I hope that this will lead to greater benifit for all nations in are region and a better place for us all.

We shall contact you when we have the final date for the confrence, we hope it is fruitfull.
