The Unforseen Alliance: AC - Dysanii
« on: January 24, 2008, 04:58:53 PM »
A man walked into a room in an undisclosed Location, inside there was a man sitting at a table, "The sky is always blue," said the man.

"Except in the south," replied the man. "Special agent Inrepid, I presume."

"Yes," he walked in and holstered his pistol. "I am here to get you to a transport to DYSFOR control HQ,"

"Yes, it would appear. Well, shall we."

Intrepid took the man by his arm and lead him out of the room. Out side the building was a small convoy of armoured vehicles with DYSFOR painted on the outside. The two men rushed into the back of one of the LAV's. "Mr. Prime Minister, I am sorry we had to do it this way, but its the only way to assure that the PI dosnt try anything. It is only a short trip to the airport." The convoy took off quickly and headed to the local airfield, a single ATH-110 Pegasus and two AH-64 Apache's were waiting for them.

They approached the airport and were greeted by Special Operators, who had secured the perimeter. On the tarmac the three helicopters started their engines to take off as soon as the VIP was aboard. The LAV that the PM and Intrepid were riding in started to lower its aft ramp while it sped up. "Well, Mr. Prime Minister, htis is going to be teh first time a foreign leader catches a ride on the Pegasus. Trust me, she flys smooth."

The LAV Stopped a mear 20 meters from teh Helicopter, which caused Intrepid to hurry the Prime Minister aboard, along with his two security officials. "Next Stop, Air Field Chillowak, DYSFOR HQ."

Murphy remained silent for the journey. Staring at his own clasped hands, he reflected on the many thoughts swimming through his head. He really did not want to ally with anyone; whether they be the Pax Imperium or Aurorean Coalition - he just wanted a united Dysanii. But this is what it had come to.

Several years ago, before the war with Canada, when he was of a higher nobility and frequented the exiled Emperors palace, he had supported the ideals and policy of the Pax Imperium, even more so during the war, as he relished in the destruction of the Republic. However with the death of the Emperor chaos ensued as Dysanii was cut up at the expense of her people; oh how he felt for those noble Dysanii to the West in Acadia. He also bore their humiliation. He had been forced to flee to Munster along with several others from Copperville to escape being enslaved himself. Where had the Pax Imperium been then? Why had they not freed Dysanii from the clutches of foreign politics after the fall of the weak Republic and welcomed her to their bosom?

Then came the Feniexians. No one really knew how or where they came from, but it happened so quickly that no defense was even mustered to counter them. A member of the Pax Imperium had greedily claimed sacred Dysanii soil. That was what distressed Murphy the most. Now his goal was simple; to drive every one of those Feniexian bastards into the sea. Even if that did mean allying with the Aurorean Coalition.

He was disturbed from his thoughts by special agent Intrepid. "Sir? We're here." With that the Prime Minister of Aemilius let the Valideen guide him from the plane to the HQ, where he intended to pledge his Army to the Coalition.

A well dressed man stood outside of a building just a few meters away fro mthe edge of the landing pad. "Mr. Prime Minister," said the man, "I am Ambassador Selic, I am going to be the official representative of Validus at the meeting, I'm sorry the other representatives couldn't be here to greet you, but you know how it is. With the recent stress in the north they have been quite busy. Come, i'll guide you to the meeting room." with that Ambassador Selic guided him through the doors, were he left Special Agent Intrepid.

Down the long hall way two soldiers stood guard outside of a double door, when it was opened a circular table was placed in the middle of the room. "If you would have a seat, Mr. Prime Minister i'll be back in a moment with the others."

two delfian representatives, one being some high ranked officer, and the other surely a politician or lawyer, were already waiting for their arrival.

"Welcome Mr. Murphy, I'm Jaime Fernando of the New Delfos Defense, this is Lt.General Gustavo representative of the delfian Coalition joint defense system."
Standing up trying to get an handshake out of Mr Murphy, one of the most awaited figures in the delfian foreign politic spectrum.

Robert stood and shook the hands of both Delfians, a weary smile playing across his face. He was eager to proceed with the meeting; his Army had already begun landing on the Dysanii mainland.

Selic re-entered the room, "I'm sorry for the delay Mr. Prime Minister I have informed the other officials. But I guess we could start with this talk right now if you like, I know you are a busy man."

"Yeah, we may want to speed things along here," said Argos, the Collosean Deputy Minister of War.

The Aemilian Prime Minister went straight into it. "Gentleman, the situation I believe is in our favor. With a neutral Canada, the Feniexians are isolated in Dysanii. Granted, they have allocated 300,000 men to the area, but our combined efforts should prevail." He looked each member in the eye to make sure they were following, "My forces will be fully mobilized on the mainland in weeks. However I am in desperate need of armored vehicles, tanks, and fighters. I have the man power, all I need is the materials. The sooner the AC provides me with these resources the quicker the Aemilian Army can carry out an effective assault on the Feniexian held territory from the South. Along with pushes from AC forces from the East we can trap them on two fronts." He stopped abruptly and sat down, motioning for the assembled delegates to speak.

"I don't think it will be as easy as you think it is. It's only a matter of time before other PI nations declare war, then it will be difficult to get troops and supplies to Valhene due to the Myrorian, Loyanese, and Myrorian navies. Also, there's no guarantee that Canada will stay neutral. They still maintain very close relations with the PI nations."

Murphy met the response of the Deputy Minister, "I did not say it would be easy. I am just attempting to formulate a decisive plan that we can act on." He smoothed his hands over his hair, "As far as military armaments are concerned, they can be purchased from local supplies, can they not? If we offer the right price to a select few contractors, we can have weapons and armor flowing out of the foundries in months. I would have done so sooner had the industrial sectors to the East not been under DYSFOR control. What better way to kick start the industry."

"Mr. Prime Minister, we might be able to help you somewhat with your Armour problem. the VF is currently undergoing upgrading and older vehicles are being replaced with new ones. We can ship 200 hundred IFVs and maybe even a few older tanks as a stop gap to help. Now these tanks would be older Leopard 1s so if you have tankers from the first war, it would help with training others. We can also provide plans for a QRT for you to produce, they are light, reliable, and fast; not to mention quick. As soon as friendly people can be trained to take over and work at the factories they will remain under our control."

I'm sure we can also expand operations with air support. The coalition should unanimously warn Feniexian forces in Dysanii to abandon this territory if they don't want to let Dysanii be reunited, before any harm done, but yet, we should have our forces ready for full combat. Hostilities are very low at the moment, and the only conflict is coming way north, involving one of our members and Feniexian forces.

There's another problem with DYSFOR now, we're having an increasing amount of insurgents in Valhene, and our intel confirms they are trying to get PI support. I fear this is not what you, Mr. Murphy, intended to the district of Valhene, and will sure not help the ex-dysaniian territory to be unified. We believe they are acting trough propaganda groups, the civilians are being harmed, we've had a poisoning problem, alot of civilians and some delfian soldiers died. We want to know what are your plans for Valhene, and if you approve any PI support landing in Valhene.

We know the debellatio isn't over yet, but whenever you would like to discuss the resolution for Dysanii for after the Great Border War with Canada, the coalition members are available to end the negotiations.

The Prime Minster angrily retorted to the Delfian delegate, "I sit here ready to give my full military support to the AC in my own nation, and yet you still, on the brink of war, push for negations concerning this 'debellatio'?" He looked at the other delegates, "Maybe I'm wasting my time here. Maybe I should be talking with the Pax Imperium."

"Dont worry, my friend here is more concerned about this stuff then, we are. My nation is at war right now, and we could care less. Right now we want the Fens off this continent and to get Dysanii back on its feet. My nations forces here will be increased over the next couple of weeks to counter the Fens threat on this continent."

You have to see that we have no official confirmation of the status of any nation, government or collective since the Great Border War. We came here get killed so that you could create a legit government in an unified Dysanii. You need to understand we're being pressed politically to end the speculation about Dysanii, yet you haven't heard me saying that we're against your attitude or your actions, we're giving you full support to liberate Dysanii from the claws of those shameless imperialists.
Would you rather sell or give your land to Feniexia and the PI?
We just need a declaration saying you are the rightful successor of Dysanii and that you agree with terms that haven't yet been agreed in the debellatio, and that we would like to agree between us instead. Of course the coalition opposes to such terms as imperialist tarts eating up your land, that's why we need an official confirmation from Mr. Murphy.
This will work both ways, national and international propaganda, we need you to confirm to the world that Feniexians are the bad guys here, while alot of PI propaganda already flying around for some time says otherwise.

Anyway, it's already being arranged the transport of several military vehicles and items that were captured from the Guard and Valhenian Insurgents during the liberation. We would like to know safe routes and locations that your men control so that we can arrange the delivery.
This transport operation is already included in handing back the security and defense folder by DYSFOR to the Aemilian state.
