  The (nations name) hereby declares its membership in this treaty and vows protection to the citizens of shagras in times of war.
the security councils percentages originating from their home countries shall be that of ten percent of their existing forces.

any nation signing this affidavit also agrees an open trade market for the expansion of mercantilism within the ports of shagras.
it is to be recognized all weapons, oils, and foreign fruits, are to be considered contraband. new plantlife must first pass through examination with shagras ecologists to ensure existing plantlife is not overpowered by foreign influence.

the country to break the pact shall face a fine of 3 trillion NS$.
