"We need to concentrate on one front. If we divide our forces that means we will be fighting a 3 front war. If we put most of our troops on the main front, then we can sandwich their troops and llaunch air attacks and raids against their supply lines."

"We follow through with Ironhide. Get the majority of our troops their and pacify the areas north of the front. Secure the beach head then launch into Dysanii Campaign. My troops will hold the front while re-enforcements are brought in to the rear and then brought forward. Valideen troops wont be holding a static front however. The Purple Plan, which was drafted in the event of ever we fell through with Orange Plan, we to have a rolling front, as more troops were brought into re-enforce it. We could expand it and have it not turned into the Canadian Front."

"So you say we should reinforce Valhene instead of cutting off the Canadian front's supplies? Reinforcement of Valhene part is a good idea, then we would have a solid front driving away attentions from the Canadian front. But the air incursions...hm i will have to redefine air incursions, but it's fine. First we need the land, we need action, don't you agree?"

"I think it's pretty solid, instead of creating a thin line we flush Valhene with troops so we can maintain the land while we do other operations, probably extending into mainland."

"So first we take an airstrip, the we can bomb rail roads, air ports, etc to stop the flow of supplies to either front. Should we proceed to deploy our troops where Valideen-occupied territory?"

"Sure go ahead."

ooc: I don't know if you want to finish the council soon as prior to Dysanii's surrender, or if you want to to proceed this as happening.

Quote
From: The Parliamentary Republic of Dysanii
To: Imperial Regent Selene of the Greater Canadian Empire

This is most unfortunate. Let the people never forget the opportunity for peace was refused by Canada and her allies.

Let us plea for your sake that you reconsider. We are eager to end the conflict, even if your foriegn 'brothers' are not.

Most dire consequences will follow should you deny our meeting;

The passing of authorized use of biological weapons on Canadian innocents as a viable form of warfare.

The cities of Kingston, Hamilton and Toronto to abandoned where upon they will be demolished and contaminated.

All Canadian civilian prisoners of Toronto, Hamilton, Kingston and the surrounding controlled areas are to be separated and drafted into the Dysanii Army whereby they will die at the hands of Canadians, or Dysaniians.

All Canadian soldiers under detainment will be executed.

Minor nuclear weapons may also be activated with Validus and Delfos as total destinations.

Such is the price Canada will pay for refusal of peace; let the international community also be aware the beginning of peace terms were offered.

We need counter action now! I'm already informing my Air Force friends to plan strategic bombing to Nuclear Silos in Dysanii.

Mink sat there with a grin on his face, "They  launch even one nuclear weapon at Validus and we will melt the snow and turn their nation into glass."

I propose a joint mission for massive bombardment of national structures in case of nuclear or biological attack by Dysanii.

I agree with your proposal, but I would also like to make a proposal to IMMEDIATELY bomb all known Dysanii nuclear facilities.

There's a great risk, that's very unsafe and unwise considering the collateral effects. I would rather have strategic bombing on Nuclear Silos to destroy the launching ports.

Mink looked up at his Colleagues, both of whom had little to no military background, unlike himself. "Gentlemen. Do you realize that this plan could inadvertently cause a Nuclear Attack? Besides we know of only a fraction of Dysanii's Nuclear Launch Facilities, he has been able to keep them camed up quite well and our Intelligence gathering has only been able to paint a small picture of were the Silos are. We must not provoke a Nuclear First Strike. I agree that bombing infistructor would be a good thing to take out. Factories, training Facilities, runways. But we must not provoke a Nuclear Strike on Validus or any other nation."
