oc: lol you're playing along with the varkourianne, but looks terrible as Delfosienne, Delfemme would sound more insulting. But I'm sorry, I'm not trying to insult you, just thought it would be appropriated for a female president, don't you have a she?

My President is male :P

IC:

Le Blanc nodded at Miltiades. "Yes, we need to take action in Dysanii."

Minister Mink looked over at the other two men, "Take action? Validus is INVADING THEM!"

"Yes we are already taking some action, but we need more, we need to cut Dysanii's war machine.
The current actions are being made in the Northeast of Dysanii to take some land immediately to serve as a base for incursions, specially in our case, air incursions. We use land based fighters so we will need some airfields in Dysanii. This will make some of the Dysanii defenses focus on the northwest or west, probably withdrawing some from the Canadian front.

This is a desired way, but will not make a quick resolution because the Canadian front will still be massacred. We need then to cut all their supplies to the Canadian front, start with the Northwest and launch series of attacks to go all the way south, trapping Dysanii front in Canada between Canada and our forces. It will be a matter of time until Dysanii armies go wild for the lack of rations, supplies and orders.

The plan includes the landing of radio-jamming-structures and other kinds of disrupting systems. We even through we could broadcast our own propaganda blocking all signals from their command posts. What do you think of the concept? If it's to carry on i would like we all to start planning together with the current drawn plan I have here..."

"Until an airfield is captured, the Collosean military will not be able to contribute much to the campaign. We simply don't have the capability to transport many soldiers that far by ship. The best we could do immediately are 400 paratroopers and about 3,000 army soldiers. May I suggest that capturing an airfield be our top priority now that the invasion is actually underway?" asked Miltiades.

"It's being taken care of. And we probably have Canadian help for this, military figures of Canada told me i could use airfields close to Halifax, maybe we can have some arrangement with the Canadians."

"An airfield in Canada simply doesn't compare to one that's inside of Dysanii territory, however. But Canadian bases would make good launching pads for sending our forces into Dysanii."

"Don't forget it's safer to launch from Canada. But that doesn't mean anything, together we can transport your troops and my troops and anybody's troops. Mine are already ready for actions, some are already being deployed as we speak into Dysanii. I don't see any problem in transport beyond the time it's waste. Don't forget most of your paratroopers are in here already from Operation Tandem, and Varkour also have a large number around here, we are OK in terms of transport."

ooc:Operation Tandem is the training and gathering of troops before all this, it's in the past.

To: The Defense Council

We have heard that you need a place your paratroopers. We have set aside an airfield in Halifax for your airborne units. The airfield is in our military base in Halifax. It was cleared of Canadian aircraft three days ago so they could be used on the front. You will have full access to this airfield.

"I just received word that the invasion of Dysanii has begun. Valideen Airborne forces have taken to the air, and our Aircraft have begun a massive saturation campaign of their strongpoints. I just thought you all should know." Mink said with a smile on his face.

"...so you've told us already. By "we," I meant Collosea and Varkour. We have yet to deploy any troops on the American continent."

Delfos: "The Transport to Canada shall take place ASAP. And deployment should start as soon we have a solid plan.
We now have the macro-structure of the plan. Lets think of the details now."
General Janovic pulls out a folder with several texts with the headline SiS Intel, and from inside he took a map and softly stamped on the table.

"Red is ND Naval Force Fuzileiros and Seaborne Assault, and Valideen forces. We will hold the first line of the right while we occupy the tip of land, then we can try to move West.
Yellow are Canadian Forces and Blues are Dysanii's, but this Intel is from the begining of the war, we are trying to gather fresh information for our 2nd invasion...
Now, Green is Operation Aurora. Our DYSFOR will land and fly to the north of Dysanii, and goal is to conquer southwars enough territory to cut the front's suplies. Understand that, all the military units of Dysanii that will be eastwards of our strip will try to break through, we are hoping that we will only have to secure the east part of it, and Canadian and PI's armies take care of the west part...
As soon the Red part is close enough of the Green part, our DYSFOR will have air support all time. We should try to get allot of land on the disembark. We do have aircraft but I suspect the northwest of Dysanii will be very intense in Naval Warface, we cannot count with full air support. Although if we conquer enough land for a landing strip New Delfos Air Force and Naval Force will disembark helicopters, our Tornados and our Typhoons."

"That's a lot to expect of our nation's soldiers, you know. We would have to defend two very long lines spanning much of the length of Dysanii against forces from each side, and then insurgents from within on top of that. Then there's the long supply lines as well, and if Canada has yet to deal with it, we would have Dysanii's Great Lakes fleet to deal with. Do you really think we have enough manpower for this? Validus is already invading elsewhere, so I hardly think they can provide many troops, if any. Keep in mind that not ALL troops would be west of this line. Do you think they're not still recruiting soldiers and building tanks? Now that Validus's invasion is underway, do you think they would let it go unhindered? I think not."
