As the one who spearheaded this union I'd like to nominate the esteemed representative of Canada to be the first Prime Minister of the AU.

I'd like to suggest that the capital of the AU rotates with each election to the capital of the AU PM

Wheresoever offers 25% of it's defensive forces to the AU defense force and will leave the details of the officer exchange program to be worked out by the AU defense force once it is fully organized.

I'd like to suggest that we combine the name of our great nations to create the name of our common currency: The Canberover to be represented by the symbol "C$"

Myroria, you can still use your money if you want. I like the name of the AU currency. It's orignial. I also will accept the title of Prime Minister of the AU, but I don't want to have my national capital as the capital of the AU because of the recent coup that almost destroyed the city. So I'm am going to have the first capital of the AU be the place of it's birth, Halifax. Canada will also offer 25% of it's forces to the AU defense forces. And the moment that Myroria tells us how many soldiers he is commiting, then I will tell where the perfect place to test them out is. As Prime Minister, I am ordering the building of an AU Central Building in each of the three capitals of the member-states and in Halifax. You can send in a picture of what you want the Central building to look like in your country.

Myroria will dedicate 80,000,000 troops to the AU military, or roughly 24 to 25 percent.

"As Myroria, we dislike the idea of switching our currency. In addition, we have another problem before us before the Enlightened Empire can join the AU - there is the sentence "a) the right to move freely and reside freely within the territory of the Member States;" included in the AU treaty. We agree to let AU members reside in our territority, but for measures of general security and counter-terrorism, every member of another nation has, just like a resident of Feniexia, to be registered in our database, including a DNA probe, and is only permitted to move freely in our country (excluding some governmental, private and military areas) when he is wearing a chipcard (like, I know I'm repeating myself, every resident of Feniexia), to track his movements in public areas. Our surveillance system has proven itself again and again and reduced crime significantly in our nation.

I-2.3= The Union shall work for the sustainable economy of Arda based on balanced economic growth and price stability, a highly competitive social market economy, aiming at the full employment and social progress and a high level of protection and improvement of the quality of the environment. It shall promote scientific and technological advance. It shall combat social exclusion and discrimination and shall promote social justice and protection. It shall promote economic, social, and territorial cohesion and solidarity among the Member States. It shall respect its rich cultural and linguistic diversity, and shall ensure that Arda's cultural heritage is safe-guarded and enhanced.
[-The highlighted and the following to economic issues, to our understanding, require a monetary action 'zone', nations inside that zone have to cooperate for the common wealth of them only. Or, is it applied to whole Ardan Union?
-Then, about social equality and similar concerns, does this have in mind that actual AU members discriminate and murder innocent citizens of New Delfos People's Council Republic?]

I-2.4= In it's relations with the wider world, the Union shall uphold and promote its values and interests. It shall contribute to peace, security, the sustainable development of Taijitu, solidarity and mutual respect among peoples, free and fair trade, eradication of poverty and the protection of human rights.
[-With the same concerns as above, there are actual members of AU that violate this objectives, we cannot join an Union that violates our citizenship rights.]

Article I-3 Relations between the Union and Member States
1. The union shall respect the equality of Member States before the constitution as well as their national identities. It shall respect their essential State functions, including ensuring the territorial integrity of the State, maintaining Law and Order and safe-guarding national security.
[-Same as above]

Article I-5 Legal personality
1.The flag of the AU will be blue with a number of stars representing each nation. The capital of the AU will be the Prime Minister's national capital, unless otherwise. The AU currency will be the Canderover and it's symbol will be C$
[-We do not agree with the creation of symbols that are supposed to be national, in order to not create a mega state that can confuse the foreign opinion, this symbols can destroy national identity and, in our opinion, goes against Article I - 3 point 1 that defends the value of national identity.]

Article III-5 The Ardan Central Bank
1. The Ardan Central Bank, together with the national banks, shall conduct the monetary policy of the Union
[-As explained when mentioned a monetary union, and seeming that not all want to share the coin, but maybe the monetary union, an action 'AMU zone' (AMU=Ardan Monetary Union) must be created for those willing to contribute to join, or else everyone has to comply, do they?]

Artile III-6 The Ardan Supreme Command
[-This whole section has the same story as the flag. An unified military can run into conflict of interests and violates the right of national identity. But there are solutions, if it is decided by the AU to run into a theater of war, that shall be a choice to not participate in the conflict, for that, the nation cannot be identified as part of AU military, so any military that runs into this theater of war must represent only themselves and the 'democratic' decision of AU. An unified military force for Ardan Union is a violation of national interests and national identity, and we decline this section entirely unless it is re-written to fit our expectations.]

*This is a letter sent to this Council, by the New Delfos Supreme Council, signed by the councilors and President, allong with the presidents of the ministry houses, comes with the note that there will be a public referendum about the Ardan Constitution in New Delfos after the Supreme Council is contacted with news about their evaluation of the Ardan Constitution.*

The deaths of Delfians in Myroria is natural. Myroria is extremely xenophobic and racist, and some take it too far. Attempting to get the government to stop this 300-year-old tradition would result in full-blown revolution. Let alone trying to stop from killing some communists.

If Myroria will continue to be in the AU, it may not force any socialist laws upon us, lest we will withdraw our membership immediately. Myroria will not be forced to protect the environment, institute an income tax, or become a democracy. French, High Myrorian (German), Middle Myrorian (Luxembourgish), Low Myrorian (Dutch), and Inglish will always be our national languages, and we will not be forced to print labels in any other language. If any law that we do not see fit is attempted to be forced upon us, we will withdraw our membership.

Myroria does nothing to reduce its carbon emissions or save energy, don't even try.

That is all.
