Frederick turned and called for his large five sided table, one side of the table for each party represented. Frederick was flanked by his Lord High Marshal and his foreign minister. He waited for all to stand before their seat before he was the first to sit. When his ministers looked around and saw the female delegates of a war council they whispered to their Emperor asking exactly how serious these nations were taking this summit. Frederick merely replied to them that some nations feel that women share the burden of national defense with the men. They knew this to be true but it was strongly against Christstany culture. Regardless of gender, these were the delegates and the meeting had to commence.
Frederick opened, "Welcome friends to Christstan and my palace. I, on behalf of my people and likely those of Empress Alia, would like to say that your presence is well appreciated. Now it is my understanding that not all nations present have committed troops to the field and they do not intend to, while this is unfortunate, you may aid the cause in other ways which I am sure you have. Christstan will again send troops into Canada to help defend it's borders. We have devised a daring plan that could crush all Dysani resistance and force them to comply to our terms. Now before Christstan will commit troops, we are honor bound to allow the Dysani government to surrender, unlikely as it maybe our customs dictate this gesture. Should they refuse, we will commence our plan - Operation Canadian Freedom
. Christstany troops will be deployed in the outskirts around Ottawa and Montreal. The Force in Montreal will strike first acting as a diversionary force drawing the Dysani troops to protect their lines, at this same moment we need troops from you all landing on the beaches of Dysani proper. This will be very dangerous, but I have been informed that some of you have committed forces for such a task. Once they have pulled troops from the south, a joint Christstany-Canadian force will commence a blitzkrieg into the thinning lines, smashing southern resistance and begin pushing north to encircle the Dysanni attackers there. They shall be the target of air raids, mass artillery fire, and harassed on all sides by ground forces until they surrender or are crushed."
Frederick looked around the room to make sure all were following his plan, then continued "They will eventually give up Canada anyway should our assault on their territory be even marginally successful. With our forces crushing the remaining Dysanni forces in Canada, they will then be pitted in a defensive war. This will be a great change for them since they have been on the offensive the entire time, they will likely sue for peace quickly with terms favorable to us. We continue to push into their territory until we can gain the best terms possible. Afterwards, we capture the war criminals and victory shall be ours and those fools will receive justice.. Any questions? The plan is displayed on the wall behind me on this slide."
Frederick remained standing until one of the other delegates spoke.
