The government and Defense Ministry House of New Delfos requests the Coalition Nations for an immediate Defense Council. The issues for this council are the discussion of the Coation forces deployed in Dysanii (DYSFOR) and the accusations of the government of New Delfos to ex-General Louis Vassa and his insurgents in Valhene.

The New Delfos Supreme Council hereby declares the lift of the support of the ex-General Louis Vassa in the restoration of the republic and democracy for Dysanii. The whole support goes now to Robert Murphy, chairman of the provisional government of the Free State of Aemilius.
The government of New Delfos also charges ex-General Louis Vassa of government for his own interests, accusing Vassa of financing and arming insurgents in Valhene, and fomenting rebellion against Coalition forces.
The Aurorean Coalition Dysanii Force (DYSFOR) is encountering insurgent resistance in several key points of Valhene, most of those insurgent forces using insignias and armament linking directly to the ex-General Louis Vassa.
The Aurorean Coalition Defense Council will soon be in agreement of the accusations against Vassa.
ooc: Dysanii was supposed to play the white sheep, I guess he will always be the black one.
This declaration made in IPO assembly by our diplomat shows a resolution from the Supreme Council, if we unanimously accuse him of this charges we can take the case into International Court, plus we form a solid front against this mad man.
I would also like to appeal the nations of the Aurorean Coalition to join IPO, the declaration and treaty we signed is better handled if we are all in that organization of nations for International Peace.

Well as you know, Collosea is already a member, and I believe Varkour is also, so that just leaves Validus.
Now, may I first suggest that we refrain from using the word "occupation." We should be seen more as liberators than occupiers.
Our forces in Valhene have already been given orders to pursue Vassa and the rest of the vagabonds.

Validus continues to refuse to join the IPO as we believe it is not in our National Interest. However we do not wish to see a Rouge general on the loose with the loyalty of what use to be Dysanii Soldiers.

IC: Our deployment of troops is scheduled to leave gradually as soon we conclude the "debellatio" of Dysaniian Republic and IPO agrees in the recognition of the Dysanii fate. Any oppositions? Any doubts? Any suggestions to how we should handle our controlled secured environment in Dysanii?
I suggest minimum force should be applied, we've scheduled several checkpoints to prevent any insurgency and contraband, also several patrols, all this for the delfians deployed in DYSFOR.
Mind we are responsible for the security of the people there, and we can't allow unrecognized armed forces beyond our own without unanimous agreement in the Coalition.

And yes, I agree with forgetting about Vassa, unless we want to make him into a more traditional resistance leader, which is kinda what I was trying to do in the whole sequence with me occupying the city and capturing insurgents.</ooc>

You could think of it like that. Basically, a centralized command center for all AC operations such as DYSFOR, for the defense of Aurore, and anything else concerning the Aurorean Coalition.

I think each country should have their HQ of the Coalition. Connected to each other by secured communication and video-conference lines

So basically you're fine as things are... Why build a separate HQ when you could just use your current military headquarters?
Anyway, I disagree with the practicality of video conferences in situations like DYSFOR. Nothing compares to military planning in a face-to-face meeting.
I think we should also have a center for meetings such as this to discuss our policy and decide on our course of action.

I also agree, we need to be able to get a hold of each other in a moments notice. Also if we put some of our top military commanders and diplomats together it will benfit the aliance as a whole. Validus could Host the HQ.

OOC: When I reduced my troops from Operation Ironside, I kept 14,000 Troops in DYSFOR on a rotating 6-9 month tours. Along with Task Force Orion.

We think the AC should develop a contingency plan on how to deal with Feniexia since they have annexed part of Dysanii territory and is refusing to leave. Validus has mentioned economic, political, and even military actions. Do we all support this move? Collosea is in full support of Validus, but would like to develop a plan should worse come to worse.
<ooc>This is my main reason for asking what everybody has in DYSFOR, in case we may want to beef up troop levels because of the Feniexian threat.</ooc>

Do you think we have to fight for Dysanii freedom once again? If the debellatio doesn't go anywhere, we should arrange a meeting with the legit dysanii leaders, specially that Aemillian guy.
Whenever it's dealt with, is there any interest in Valhene? I'm very interest that as form of payment they could allow us building a naval base in the most northeastern tip of Valhene as resupply and refuel post and of course, a naval strategic center.

We agree, but I suggest we meet with the legit Dysanii leaders before taking any action, discuss our terms and their restrictions, and if the time is right, we might ask their status about Fex, and if they need help.
