Dear Great nations of Taijitu
I am King frint the new leader of Acle as we finaly start a democracy, in a matter of weeks the first goverment of Acle will be elected and my people will be truly free. This is an invite of diplomacy and friendship to you all as we need friends and relation's as the old dictator kept up isolated. Please reply and hopfully you can come to a meeting with me to disscuss our future relations.

Congratulations on victory over oppression, neighbor. We understand the title of "King" does not necessarily bestow upon you great absolute power, but it does imply great wisdom, and we pray that you will lead your people with the integrity they have desired.
On matters concerning the far east, we feel a strong desire for peace. We do not seek war with any peoples, and hope that our nations may prosper side by side in peace.

The title king places me as Acle leader until the democractic elections are finished, after they are finished i will have no formal power and be nothin but a figure-head. I would like to invite you to talk as i feel we need to disscuss our relationship as we both want peace in the Far-east.

King frint and the new prime speaker Sam reynolks were stood in the hall waiting for the representitives form the nations to arrive.

Walking through the doors of the hall is Cingular, a native of from the tropics of the Allied States. His tribe long ago was absorbed into the Allied States' populace when they had expanded their claims to include the ithmus. With black hair, dark brown eyes, and a skin color that had lighten compared to his ancestors due to having spent most of his life in the cities of his nation. Talking on the phone as entered in his black Armani suit.
"...Can you hear me now? Good. Okay I have to go. Bye."

King frint stood up and shaked the newcomers hand "Hello i'm king frint and this is the newly elected Prime speaker Sam Reynolks." He pointed at the short man in glasses next to him. "If you would like to sit down we can start the talks.

High Priestess Eleuia entered shortly after the Bustian, followed closely by two unarmed yet muscular men adorned in tatoo's. She wore an elegant yet concealing gown, and her golden hair fell about her face creating a picturesque portrait of beauty. Her blue eyes scanned the lobby for people, and her bodyguards watched over her carefully. She'd heard word that the Gallipoli-Chinese Prime Minister was to send a representative, and they would likely be at odds with her. The Pazca are probably right about the man. He'll probably blame me for the war between them. Eleuia sighed, awaiting her reception. She looked forward to meeting this King and his government, the Gallipoli-Chinese were another matter.

The king got up from his chair again and said "Hello, i'm king frint and this is Acles new prime speaker Sam reynolks. Your country is one of the greatest interrest to us as we want to secure peace in the Far east. I know you may have heard rumors about he Gallipoli-Chinese arriving but iw ould like to assure you that if they start any sort of argument with you about this civil war they are in they will be removed."

Cingular sits down at the table, pulling a few files from his briefcase and placing them in front of him. He is eager to begin trade talks with the reformed government.

Turing towards the Bustos representitive Prime speaker said "From what we know of your nation you like to trade. You will be please to hear that we want to build some nuclear power startions but we do not have all the materials to build them. We would like to do some sort of deal with you so we can aquirer the materials needed."

OOC: Bustos doesn't have lead, actually only Myroria does. Gotta remember you need 1-3 layers of lead around a nuclear reactor to keep from killing all your workers, even the Soviets and their cheapness used one layer.
IC:
High Priestess Eleuia listens intently to the topic of nuclear power. She herself was interested in it, she had learned of it some time ago but wasn't quite sure it was worth the risk. She decided she would wait to put forward her ideas until the Bustian had finished.

"You will also need limestone to create metal alloys and colbalt to create superalloys strong enough to withstand the wear and tear of a nucelar reactor. Also copper for electrical wiring. Seeing we have mutual number of resources we need from each other, may I be so bold to suggest a full trade?"
Cingular hands over a simple draft of an agreement from a folder in front of him.
"I took the initiative to draw an outline for a proposal of full exchange of mineral resources. We will supply you with copper, limestone, cobalt, and uranium in exchange for your bauxite, silicon, titanium, and oil. With such an exchange, not only will both of our steel and electronic industries flourish, we are making the first step towards making your nation into a nuclear power. To sweeten this deal, we will supply the depleted uranium needed to create a radiation sheild around your first nuclear power plant and the people needed to advise your people in its construction. And from then on, you'll be able to create your own depleted uranium for further nuclear power plants and have the technical knowledge to build them as well.
Is this feasible to the king?"
Cingular takes a brief look at the Priestess to assess her reaction to his proposal.

I walked in the place where they were having a meeting, I was flustered from the long trip and said "hello nobles and thank you King Frint for having us."

He turned to Cingular
"Your trade deal sounds great, its better then what i had hoped for. It will help both of us with our industrys and Acle with its new power schemes. This will be Acle first trade deal if sucessful and we hope it is. Is there anything you would like to add or can we get to signing the deal."

King frint turned to High Priestess Eleuia and said "You nation is the one we want the talks with the most, you are one of the nations closest to Acle and i think we need to be in close contact as a result. I would like to disscuss trade and possible defence with you as we need to keep the far east as peaceful as possible."

We are sorry that we don´t had the chance to attend to your meeting earlier because there were much trouble in our nation after reetablishing the old gouvernment against the anarchists.
We will attend to your meeting to.
A big, black helicopter, a MH-35 Pave Low (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MH-53_Pave_Low), landed near the meeting building. Out came four power armor guards and Empress Miray (Her face. (http://ic1.deviantart.com/fs10/i/2006/094/c/a/Lineage_2___DarkElf_Gatekeeper_by_SulaMoon.jpg) Ignore the clothes and that stuff on the picture, she wears something other [read below].), a young High One woman in a plain black robe with a black belt around her taille. A MP7 is on her belt, except for this she is unarmed. She solemn walked up the stair to the building and opened the door.
"Thou are greeted. We are really sorry that we came late. Can someone be kind and tell Us what We have missed?"
The guards stayed outside and closed the door behind her. She took a place in the upper rows, but near the entrance.

King WAldo IV bides his time as the authorities remove king aron's remains, though the crowd is shaken by this unforseen event, there is still much to discuss. the uproar subsides, and with his royal plenipotentiary at his side, king WAldo makes his way to king frint.
"The Nomadic peoples of Shagras are most pleased to be welcome in your beautiful country of Acle" says the ancient king.

King frint thought for a second "Well it was until we had our revolution a few months ago. Now we have had an election and a new goverment is in power. During the dictatorship the dictator build up a very powerful econmy and we are doing well in keeping it going at the same sort of level. Would you be interrested in some buissness dealings with Acle?"
