I'm sorry but I believe your request was not phrased properly. As I believe I am partial to this case, I do note that either Emperor Matthuis or Gallipoli-China may choose to revive it if he chooses to do so for any reason.

On another note I believe that with my partiality, Gallipoli-China's apparent absence, and Emperor-Matthuis's coming announced Absence, that the Court is not in the best shape to take on these for some time. If you repeat your request appropriately or I am overruled, this may yet take more than a few weeks. Senate Action looks to be very much swifter in this case. My apologies for the inconvenience.

As to my absence, I have absolutely no idea what the situation with the Rejected Realms was, beyond the most vague details, and would appreciate it if someone would fill me in or link to the appropriate topics.
