Whoa whoa whoa who owns supremo?

Mike asked for protection for his nation while he was inactive.  I offered and he accepted and has been considered a Bustian Protectorate for a couple RL weeks now.

Since Myroria asked to put Ryzania under his name since Ryzania is abandoning it, I asked for Supremo (Islas Filipinas, really) to be put under my name since Mike is now abandoning his nation as well.  I thought if Myroria could just assume Ryzania like that, then I could assume Supremo as well.
