Will my geographical position affect what resources I can choose?

My nation, http://www.nationstates.net/bustos-21, The Allied States of Bustos-21.

I ask for the main island at 1800-1900 West, 0-100 South.  It can be labled simply as     Bustos

Many thanks and a wonderful map!!

I think it should be factored in, but not 100% limiting.

I would love to have my country running along the Higher Highlands, because it is set in the mountains. If you were to be so kind, I'd like almost all of the range of 600W to 200E in the 150N to 50S. I don't ask but for the range and a bit of the lower parts so there is some place to have normal cities.

EDIT: This map is wonderful, I absolutely love it. The climate does so much for RP I can't begin to describe it.

http://www.nationstates.net/gallipoli--china  See my nation?  Well, don't use that one.  That's just my Taijitu nation.  I'm still using Gallipoli-China (with one dash) for my population and statistics.

Now, about the land I'd like...

That.  As much of that land as possible please.  Thanks in advance, oh great and omnipotent cartographer.

Sorry Bustos, TGR claimed that spot before you... you can take the islands to the north though

Can Talstadt be placed at about (550-650N, 1000-1300W)? If anyone has already claimed that area, I just want an area with lower/upper highlands and marine west coast. Also, Talstadt has many pines, so don't put it in an arid/ semi- arid area.
Thank you,
Talstadt/Talmann

As I'm unsure what's reasonable with my 1.636 billion in Eluvatar I'm making a conditional request for Eluvatar.

Or if unacceptable:

If neither make sense, I suppose something in between would work :(

Thank you very much Oz for making this amazing map!

Update, I'm giving quite a bit of land at first... Though Imperialism is going to be really tough to obtain unless you have RPed very well. Please remember that if the Most South or the Most Northern countries look larger, it's because they have smaller area per box... I'm just expanding it like that so they have even amount of land with everyone else.
