How often is the drawing and what is the "point-of-no-return" if you will on buying the tickets before the drawing.

It seems that there are only a limited amount of tickets up for sale, cause when I went to buy one they were all sold out. All of them. I demand an explanation.

You have cleared my mind and opened my soul Soly. I will have to rethink my entire phylosophy on life.

How exactly are the numbers picked? Die roll? Random number generator? Dropping anvils onto the suburbs from a plane and taking the number from the houses hit?

A complex combination of all three, kittens and pillows, resulting in a quantum reflection field that warps time-space so that the wisdom of Ancients at the end of time can be harnessed to give Awesome and Truly Random Numbers.

Random number generator. But kittens and pillows are involved.

This is going to sound very stupid, but...where are the number for the sunshine ticket?  I bought one and have no idea what to do next.
"I believe every single person is extraordinary. The tragedy is that we
have a society where too many people never get to fulfill that
extraordinary potential. My view – the liberal view – is that
government’s job is to help them to do it. Not to tell people how to
live their lives. But to make their choices possible, to release their
potential, no matter who they are. The way to do that is to take power away from those who hoard it. To challenge vested interests. To break down privilege. To clear out the bottlenecks in our society that block opportunity and block progress. And so give everyone a chance to live the life they want." - Nick Clegg, Leader of the Liberal Democrats and Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom

The process is as follows:

1) You buy a ticket.
2) You post your numbers in this round's lottery thread and you send the ticket to me.
3) I confirm them if I get the ticket and you're all set.

aka: make up your own numbers, and then send Soly the ticket
Music is the key to the heart.

"Once art to me was something far off, unfathomable and unreachable... But I discovered that the real essence of art was not something high up and far off, it was right inside my ordinary daily self. If a musician wants to be a fine artist, he must first become a finer person. A work of art is the expression of a person's whole personality, sensibility, and ability." -Shinichi Suzuki
