I've taken the liberty of changing the vertical-align property of the windowbg element style to middle, so that now the taijitus indicating whether or not there are any new topics appear in the middle of their boxes rather than at the top. As far as I can tell this hasn't broken anything else, but if you do see something weird, it might be because of this. If you observe such a thing, please tell me here so I can correct the problem.
