I like to watch the really bad self-parodying reality shows. Bridezillas is a personal favorite, as is Preacher's Daughters, a show about shitty parents who happen to be pastors and can't control their daughters from having sex and drinking. It's great.
I also watch North Woods Law to see how badly they misrepresent Mainers. The answer? We're almost as big drunk hillbillies as they make us out to be.
