Small Arms

C7 Family of Assault Rifles
(http://www.coltcanada.com/Images/c7-pic.gif)

The 5.56 mm C7 Rifle has a full length barrel for infantry and other arms requiring longer range capabilities. The C7 meets all applicable military standards including: reliability in all environmental and operational conditions, accuracy, lethality, maintainability in field conditions and safety. The C7 is the result of four generations of improvements to the most tested and battle proven rifle in the world.
• Direct Gas System. The unique direct gas system eliminates the operating rod and keeps all of the firing forces in line with the bore for maximum accuracy and reliability.
• Hammer Forged Barrel. The long-life chrome lined cold hammer forged barrel is the most advanced and durable barrel available. The integrally forged chamber ensures consistency and accuracy over the life of the barrel.
• Flat Top. The upper receiver can be manufactured in the original Valideen Forces specification Weaver rail, or with a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail.
• Simplicity. The proven design ensures ease of operation and the ultimate in maintainability. The weapon is easy to operate and can be field stripped in seconds with no tools.
• Durability. The high strength materials and precision manufacturing ensure durability and low life cycle costs. The C7 has 97% parts commonality with all other models.

The C7  is available in two basic configurations:
• The full length, fixed stock battle rifle C7A1; and
• The upgraded adjustable stock battle rifle C7A2.

C8 Family of Assault Carbines

The 5.56 mm C8A2 Carbine has a short heavy barrel and adjustable stock for vehicle crews, police and other special operations . The C8 meets all applicable military standards including: reliability in all environmental and operational conditions, accuracy, lethality, maintainability in field conditions and safety. The C8A2 is the answer to demanding customer requirements for a carbine that matches the rifle's best characteristics in a compact package.

• Direct Gas System. The unique direct gas system eliminates the operating rod and keeps all of the firing forces in line with the bore for maximum accuracy and reliability.
• Hammer Forged Heavy Barrel. The long-life chrome lined cold hammer forged barrel is the most advanced and durable barrel available. The integrally forged special carbine chamber ensures consistency and accuracy over the life of the barrel. The heavy barrel profile maintains zero with accessories fitted and provides extra thermal mass to dissipate heat during intensive firing.
• Flat Top. The upper receiver can be manufactured in the original Valideen Military specification Weaver rail, or with a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail.
• Simplicity. The proven design ensures ease of operation and the ultimate in maintainability. The weapon is easy to operate and can be field stripped in seconds with no tools.

CG 7.62mm Chain Gun
(http://www.coltcanada.com/Images/cg-pic.gif)

The 7.62 mm Chain Gun is an electrically operated machine gun for protected weapons stations, AFV turrets, marine and UAV or helicopter applications.  The chain gun features long dwell time and forward ejection of spent casings to eliminate residual gas and build-up of spent brass inside a turret or other enclosed space.  The electrically driven chain drive feeds standard AC 7.62 mm link to an open bolt system that fires without the need for a gas system virtually eliminating stoppages.

The Valideen Marine Corps tested the 7.62 mm Chain Gun at the Naval Surface Weapons Centre. They following is a quote from their test report:

“ The performance of the 7.62 mm Chain Gun during all phases of testing was outstanding. The last 29,721 rounds of endurance tests were fired with no parts breakage and without any gun stoppages. It is significant that, during the firing of 101,343 rounds, not one jam or stoppage occurred due to loss of round control in the gun or the feeder mechanism. This highly reliable round control attests to the design soundness of the 7.62 mm Chain Gun®.”

• High Reliability, Performance and Versatility
• Gas Free Operation
• Easy Maintenance
• Full AC Interoperability

Para-Ordnance Pistols
(http://www.coltcanada.com/Images/para-pic.gif)

Colt Canada is proud to bring our customers one of the most respected and innovative pistol makers today.

• Made in Validus
• Backed by Vala Heavy Industries Sales and Service
• Now with New Power Extractors (PXT)
• Various Models, calibres and configurations available for Patrol or Tactical Team Sidearms

PARAS are available in the following calibres and capacities:

• 14+1 in .45 ACP
• 16+1 in .40 S&W
• 18+1 in 9MM

In 1988, Para-Ordnance took the shooting world by storm with the first significant improvement on the basic Model 1911 design in 77 years. More than simply a high-capacity frame and magazine, the Para pistol design incorporated a dozen enhancements to create a stronger, more accurate and more reliable handgun.

Through superior technology, the Para Hi-Cap was not only created with a unique and novel frame; that doubled the capacity of the standard 1911, but also improved on one of the weak points of the original design, the plunger tube. On the original 1911 pistol, the plunger tube is staked onto the frame and can come loose. In the Para High Capacity pistol, the housing for the slide stop plunger, slide lock plunger and the plunger spring is an integral and inseparable part of the frame.

We would like to purchase:

200,000 x Para-Ordnance Pistols 14+1 in .45 ACP = $80,000,000
5,000 x C9 Light Machine Gun A2 LMG = $6,000,000
5,000 x C15 Big Mac Sniper Rifle = $10,000,000
50 x CG 7.62mm Chain Gun = $170,000

Current total: $96,170,000

Also we are looking at both C8 or the C7 as our main Assault Rifles for our armed forces. Which one do you recommend and why?
Title: Re: Vala Heavy Industries
Post by: Validus on January 04, 2008, 02:26:41 AM
It depends on what you are looking for. Both weapons are in Service with the Valideen Military and both are used in different situations. The C7 is a rifle, the C8 is a Carbine. The Rifle is meant for long range engagements and the C8 is better in close in fighting or when space is at a premium such as in a tank or armored vehicle for the crew. However the C7A2 takes the best of both worlds with the telescopic stock. Both weapons internally are the exact same and fire the exact same ammunition. If you are looking for a reliable service rifle go for the C7, your choice on the version, however the C7A2 has ambidextrous controls (meaning a lefty and a righty can fire the rifle with out a problem), and is better for cold weather, as it is more accepting for winter fighting equipment. If you are looking to equip general infantry and other non mounted troops I would suggest the C7A2, however if you are looking for a weapon for mounted armored soldiers we would recommend the C8 Carbine.

NDRA would like to be advised about C14 and C15 sniper rifles. Any other sniper rifle you would like us to know about would make our day. Thank you for your trouble.

The C14 is a very capable high caliber sniper rifle. It is accurate down to hitting a dime at 1.5 kilometers in skilled hands. A skilled sniper can use this rifle in places were higher caliber rifles would of been used. It uses higher caliber rounds then other sniper systems but has a recoil dampening system installed in the butt. It is reliable sturdy and capable.

The C15 is a .50 cal Anti-Material rifle. It is capable of piercing thick Armour plates used on smaller vehicles and personnel. This rifle currently holds the record for the longest recorded kill of 2.4 kilometers on a moving target in mountainous terrain. It is reliable very sturdy however they are heavy.

We would like to have an estimate for a contract for the C14, around 10'000 units, and C15 1'000 units. Additional 5 or 10 thousand C14 will be included in a future contract, along with a few more C15, after they have been challenged by our armed forces. We would also like to know what kind of maintenance does your services offer, and please include regular supplies of ammunition. We're also interest in a contract for the production of "8.6mm × 70mm Lapua", and maybe also the "12.7 × 99mm  (.50" BMG)", in our motherland. Please load us with information, your trouble is much appreciated.

the CQB version is designed just for that, engagements in close quorters. It has a really short barrel which makes it ideal for room clearing. However this weapon is not designed to be used at long ranges, say were a rifle would be.

The SFW version has rails all over the grip for the customization of the weapon, such as teh adding of laser sights, flashlights, etc. Other then that it follows the same basic dymentiosn as teh C8 Carbine.

We confirm your order for the following.

200,000 x Para-Ordnance Pistols 14+1 in .45 ACP = $80,000,000
5,000 x C9 Light Machine Gun A2 LMG = $6,000,000
5,000 x C15 Big Mac Sniper Rifle = $10,000,000
50 x CG 7.62mm Chain Gun = $170,000
80,000 x C7A2 Assault Rifles = $68,000,000

Current total: $164,170,000

The first batch of the order will be delivered 1 month from today.

@ Delfos::

We offer a 30 year in house warrenty on ware and tare. We also provide ammunition for all our rifles and weapons systems however we can provide Ammunition specs with the order as you are an Allie of Validus. However for this, for ever round of ammunition you would need to pay 10 cents to Vala Heavy Industries.

ATH-110 Pegasus is a tactical helicopter. A need for them was perceived after recent wars, including the one your nation was involved in, which showed that glass windowed helicopters had a higher chance of being destroyed when the Pilot is wounded due to Small Arms fire from the ground when inserting troops. It is capable of taking multiple rounds from 9mm Pistol rounds to 40mm FlaK rounds, however the Flak has been known to jam the engine turbines, so we have installed armored filters to help deal with that on the air intakes.

With the twin rotor design of the helicopter it is capable of lifting much more weight then other helicopters of its seize category, however with the amount of armor covering it it looses much of its maneuvering with the added weight of say an Artillery piece or light vehicle dangling underneath.

During Live fire trials with Pilots who volunteered for the test the ATG-110 Pegasus helicopter landed under adverse conditions, stayed on the ground for the length it takes to deploy a battle load of infantry and took off, all under hostile fire. The helicopter made it back to base and upon inspection 24 35mm Anti-Aircraft shells were found lodged in the armor. fragments of 40mm Flak were also discovered. The rounds used in the test were High Explosive Incendiary, Semi-Armour Piercing High Explosive Incendiary, Timed High Explosive Fragmented, and Frangible Armour Piercing Discarding Sabot (Which were found in the hull)

The Helicopter has preformed well in trials and is expected to enter service with the Valideen Military in both the Marines and Army with in the next 2 years.

There is a limit on foreign sales of this helicopter, by order of the Valideen Government to 50 vehicles per nation.

NDRA is interested in converting our own very expensive production of tanks to the vehicles we use the most, and the management and maintenance is going to be stopped as well. We're looking forward to replace our heavy MBT to lighter ones, start a maintenance contract, and maybe some of the maintenance parts could be produced by Harriibish Armor in our soil. We want that the Cheetah be our main and only tank in 2009 or following years. What do you say about such contract?
Title: Re: Vala Heavy Industries
Post by: Validus on January 13, 2008, 01:01:15 AM
General Maintaence of non classified parts can be contracted out. However the production of the tanks will need to be done in Validus.

All you need to do is tell me how many you are interested in purchasing.

We're just interested in the parts normally needing maintenance, not the whole thing, maybe if it suits better, in case you have a factory with high demanding contracts doing more than one part, Hariibish Armor could do some to ease the pain out of it as sub-contract.

We're interested in 150 as soon as possible, and order another 100 or 150 in few months or next year to fully replace all the tanks we have.
